After working across a Big Four consultancy, a recruitment agency, and a B2B sales agency, I founded B12 after seeing the same problem again and again.

I spoke with senior decision-makers who had strong products and services, but were wearing too many hats to focus on growth. Founders aren't short on sales tools or tactics either. Many had already purchased courses, automation software, lead lists, or copywriting services, but were left without clarity on how to use them effectively.
